He started Thomas Harris Engineering and soon got to work. His specialty was building cabs for front-end loaders, road graders, and farm tractors. By 1982, Stolper Industries (a leading cab manufacturer from Wisconsin) came into the picture. The two companies joined forces, and Harris-Stolper International Inc. was born.
