Capabilities include milling, drilling, boring, turning, threading, tapping, cutting, broaching, and gear hobbling. Works with aluminum, beryllium, carbon or stainless steel, copper, Inconel®, molybdenum, and plastic polymer materials. Capable of machining parts ranging from 1/4 to 6 in. dia., length from 1/4 to 48 in., and tolerance ranges from +/-0.001 to +/-0.00025 in. Suitable for fasteners, bushings, shafts, valves, and sockets applications. Prototypes and low to high volume production runs are available. Emergency and rush services are also provided. Secondary services include anodizing, bending, and chromating. Lean manufacturing capable.
