Annealing services. Equipped with an annealing furnace that has a hot zone of eighty feet in length. The cooling zone is approximately one hundred feet. It is an open fired continuous roller hearth furnace. There is no protective atmosphere. This furnace can accommodate bars up to thirty nine feet in length. The annealing cycle provides a mill anneal, or an anneal for machinability. The resulting structure demonstrates the presence of lamellar pearlite as well as a spheroidization. However, neither of these structures can be considered predominant.
