Capabilities include milling, cutting, turning, drilling, boring, and welding services. Available in +/-0.005 in. tolerance. Secondary services such as plating, anodizing, conversion coating, and rebuilding are offered. Serves the nuclear, mining, pulp and paper, rubber, food processing, and repair industries. 2 axis and 3 axis CNC machining services. Tolerances to plus/minus 0.0005 to 0.01 in. Sizes range up to lengths of 43 in. and widths of 25.5 in. Other capabilities include 2D and 3D milling, lathe work, broaching, grooving, drilling, tapping, threading and band-saw cutting services. Additional finishing services include deburring. Capable of Kanban manufacturing.
Custom manufacturer of metal castings and fabricated components for OEM (original equipment manufacturers). Works with cast iron, aluminum and copper alloys, alloy steel and stainless steel. Capabilities include stamping, deep drawing, spinning and tube bending. Weldments, assemblies, forgings and plastic injection moldings are available. Investment, sand, die, gravity, shell and permanent mold castings are provided. Other services such as supply chain management, quality assurance, outsourcing and freight are also offered.
