Custom precision CNC machining services. Materials handled include carbon steel, Hastelloy®, copper, bronze, titanium, silver, exotic metals, steel, stainless steel and aluminum and coated materials such as galvanized and satin coat. Machined products include hemispheric and dished head shapes, specialty round and circular products, trumpet table bases, metal planters, indoor metal light fixtures, shrouds, reflectors, site furniture, water fountains, trash/recycling containers and waste container lids. Capabilities include short run production, prototyping, MIG/TIG/laser/robotic welding, CNC robotic tube mill and rolling, pem serting and hardware and CNC spinning. Secondary services include assembly, custom packaging, CAD, value and reverse engineering, designing and CNC turret punching.
